Georgie & Matt chose a pre-wedding shoot as part of their wedding photography booking to help overcome any nerves they may have had about posing for pictures. It’s a great way to boost your confidence in front of the lens, dispel any fears and capture some lovely candid moments in a more relaxed setting. And in reality, there’s not a lot of posing involved. There are a few photos where I ask the couple to cuddle up and look at the camera, but the vast majority are relaxed and unguarded, I just encourage people to have fun in each others company. Even the most nervous subjects are quickly put at ease, and it translates into a set of beautiful moments on a glorious summer’s evening. With Georgie & Matt we met up at their allotment, and then took a stroll through the nearby fields, woods, and even through a herd of friendly cows.
